1. How big are your cookies?
Our cookies are quite large.  They measure about 3-1/2 inches in diameter, ¾ inches thick, and they weigh about 3 ounces each.

2. What is the shelf life of your cookies?
Our cookies remain soft and fresh for days.  For best results, store them in an airtight container.  Our cookies also freeze well;  you may wish to freeze some in sealed freezer bags to enjoy later.

3. Do you have a retail location?
Not at this time. 

4. Where can your cookies be purchased?
Presently, you can purchase our products over our website or by telephone.

5. What are your hours of operation?
If phoning, please call during CST standard business hours (9-5 Monday - Friday). 

6. What days do you ship?
Because we don't want your cookies to spend a weekend in a post office, we generally ship Monday through Wednesday.  Orders received too late for Wednesday shipment will typically ship early the following week. 

7. What is the turnaround time for processing my order?
Orders are generally processed in the order received and “baked-to-order” within 24 hours of shipping.  Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation of the order.

8. How are your products shipped?
Our orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, Priority Flat-Rate, or Express Mail.   According to the USPS, Priority Mail should arrive in 2-3 days.  Express mail is guaranteed by the USPS for second-day delivery.

9.  Do you offer delivery in the Dallas area?
We offer local delivery for events and large orders.  Local customers with small orders should call for details regarding pick-up or delivery options.

10. How are your cookies packaged?
Our recipes have been optimized for shipping stability.  Our cookies are bagged and carefully packed with shock-absorbing materials for shipping.  All shipped orders are double-boxed to prevent breakage.

11. Do you supply cookies for parties and special events?
Yes, we can supply cookies for catered events and special occasions.  Please call for details.

12. Are your cookies guaranteed?                                                         Yes.  Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.  We are so confident that you will love our cookies, that if you are dissatisfied for any reason we will replace your cookies or refund the cost of your order less shipping charges.
